A-1 Northerns

Looking for info on chgasing Northerns through the ice in Central Mass. I've heard A-1 is a good bet. Anyone have any tips...deeper water...in the stumps...jigging versus tip-ups...would be greatly appreciated.

I have caught one at A-1 and seen one caught at Big Chauncey.
The one I caught was on a small swidish pimple being jigged.
Others will but down large shiners over the weeds for them.

Ah, the infamous swedish pimple...the dardevil/clouser/wooly bugger of the jigging set. Perfect!
