Fished Saturday Christmas Eve! Weather was "Picture Perfect" No wind warm temps, no need for gloves or heavy jacket! Was into fish all day. Water temps were cold though 37--41 degrees. Fished the NY Harbor Landed 39 stripers, dropped many many more! Had to leave em' biting. Family was totally ragged out when I got back. :brow Fish were on the larger side, as to, compared to, whats been around. 3 biggest were 30" 28" 27" . Had the whole Atlantic Ocean to myself, except for a friend of mine, Howie Leeman who in my opinion is the absolute best fisherman PERIOD! That man has fish on, all day everyday, uses only artificials. Attaching few pics from today. I fish alone most of the time (not because I have no friends, but because I prefer to ) So i can only show pics of fish in boat. Also pic of Howie holding one up as I passed by him. One pic shows fish with tag I just placed and one of fishfinder showing water at 40 degrees. Tight Lines and Merry Christmas - Happy Holidays to all.

Great Job Lov2 on the fishing and in just going.

I fish all the time and could not get away with that with my bride. Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years's Eve, New Year's Day and Easter are not even in play. The rest of the year is all good. Fishing tomorrow in a local warm water discharge. The biggins arrived two days ago.
