Pflueger President fly reel

Has any of you tried the Pflueger president reel? How is the drag system (wet/dry, heat, etc.) Is it saltwater proof? For the price, it could be an interesting buy and I might get one for myself.

I'm curious about these reels too. Looking to put a 10wt outfit together without breaking the bank & these look like they'd do the job for the few times a year I'll be using it. Anyone ?
