I have used sinking lines in the past. However, I am now switching to sink tip lines, rapid sinking, with intermediate running line. This is a great combo. My question is this: When getting a line, do you go up 1 or 2 line wts? Example, if you have an 8wt, do you use 10 wt line? I have read this before. They state that it helps with casting for distance and less false casts. Any opinions?
