Lauch right at the Norwich Harbor town dock area. But I can't see this rain helping as water flow plays a big part in the game down there.

I've never fished it but I thought I heard that you need a freshwater license to fish above the 95 bridge or something. Again, never fished it. True or False?

Rain like this usually turns the fishing on in Norwich big time...especially with mild temps like we are having...go if you can.

Launch in the center of town. Fish the seam where the two rivers meet, about 200 yds from the launch site. Use a boat, a kayak or any other craft. It is all happening in a 300 yd stretch (or at least it was last week). You'll probably see a floatilla of craft right there so there will be little question about what to do.
