what the hell a bunch of tarpons hanging out by a boat dock.... people must feed them or something, for them to stay there like that.

Isn't there a famous spot in Islemorada, FL where big tarpon feed off a Sea Shanty shack.

BTW, I'd bet this is the Cangrejos Yatch Club in San Juan PR by the registered name on the boat in the film. Was just down there in Feb. and those railroad tie railings are on the main dock there.

Robbies is the place in Islamorada. Tarpon feed right out of your hand. Neat Place!!

Islamorada Fish House is the resturant where you sit on the dock, and the tarpon are right under you. really nice Bass Pro shop right next door too ! ;)

The tarpons at Robbies really are cool and strangely enough they are there all year round.

Lately I've been caatching them off the dock at papa joes, right across the street of Bud N' Mary's Marina.

I can highly recommend the boat rental at Papa Joes. Very good new boats at much better rates than most places out there. Ask for Gilles.
