Wilderness buys Perception & Dagger?

I just got back from a business trip in San Diego. While there I managed to spend time in a kayak shop and chat. Much of the local fishing was for yellow tail and sea bass at depths of 50-200' Kinda rules out the fly rod...

Anyway, I was told Wilderness Systems bought Perception and Dagger. Anyone else hear this?

Ya It happened a while ago.(Sept. I think)
They closed the WS plant and moved into the Percecption plant.
