Do you pre-form the parts... or make them in place?

I make the top shell and the claws 1st glue the silli legs attach to the hook then mold the bottom and glue it into place and give it a coat flex coat.

this pollymorph is great stuff I think I'll try a flounder pattern next.
I did a little rapala type minnow haven't tried it out yet I did a little lip to make it wiggle
