Replacemnet Key for 1995 Merc outboard?

Some vandals visited my boat (on my trailer) last week and left with my one and only ignition key. I'm glad they left my GPS, and fishfinder and tackle behind & undamaged. (#$119)

Does anyone know how I would find the correct replacement key for a 1995 Merc outboard? I found an online source for the keys but don't know where to look for the key number? :confused:

Any dealer should be able to hook you up since I don't believe there are many variations. I'm not a Mercury user but it should be the case. If you're not able to get the matching key it's a simple matter to replace the ignition switch entirely. The new one will come with two keys..... I always carry a spare ignition switch on my skiff anyway. It's a quick fix for a variety of ignition problems that aren't caused by the engine.
