Now this would sure make your hull fly ... and allegedly she runs on 87 octane to boot :) ! Looks like they mean business with their "Ain't no replacement for displacement" ad campaign, as she has 246 cubic inches (4.0 Liter) of displacement to create the power.

By comparison:
-Yamaha 300hp HPDI OB has 204 cubic-inch (3.35 liter) displacement and weighs 543 pounds. [This model has been obsoleted and never really ran too well, from what I’ve read]
-Mercury Verado 275hp OB is a supercharged 159 cubic-inch (2.6 liter) displacement OB weighing in @ 630 pounds, w/ steering system ... which requires premium fuel to use all of its ponies
-Evinrude 250hp E-Tec OB (largest currently available), has 200 cubic-inch (3.35 liter) displacement and weighs a svelte 530 pounds

Dale, if I win the lottery (Of course, I have to play first!) the second thing I will do (the first is to buy that Contender 23 Tournament for sale at THT) is to buy you a Suzuki DF300 to put on the back of the Parker!

Where's my 300 HP ETEC? :brow

Wonder if this crowd would argue with your statement that the Yamaha 300 "is obsolete and never ran that well"...my thinks they would.
