Dye formula

Does anyone have any formulas for dyes they would like to share? I use rit dyes and have been doing alot of experimenting. Discovered some really cool subtle colors for blues, greens and pinks. Also have some nice formulas for
Yak. Joel

I've found Rit dyes to render a flat color and they tend ro be opaque. You may have better color rendition with either Veniard Dyes that are claimed to be for fly tying materials or most acid dyes. I then to think that they are one in the same, however, the acid based-found in art supply stores- are usually less expensive.
