Anyone interested in purchasing a brand new out of the box, MAKO 40" leaning post?
The leaning post came with my new Mako inshore 1901 but its too big for the boat. (#$119) Mako has not been willing to take the post back and issue a credit so I'm putting it on the market to offset the cost of a custom leaning post. The dimensions of the leaning post are 12"d x 40"w x 32"h and accomidates a 94 quart cooler.
The leaning post is a very nice piece of equipment:
- Welded tubular anodized aluminum, 4 post construction
- rear grab rail
- fixed foot rest
- Flip top seat w/ storage compartment
You can see the leaning post in the layout view of the inshore 1901 on the MAKO marine website. I'm also willing to provide digital pictures on request.
Asking price is $500. I'm located in Portland, ME and the leaning post is at Yarmouth Boat Yard in Yarmouth, ME. Transportation of the leaning post is negotiable, but prefer that it be picked up by the buyer.
