Chatham Rental needed w/o 9/9-9/16

All,
I want to rent a house in Chatham for the week of Sept. 9 through Sept 16, preferably near the beach and within walking distance of downtown.

I am bringing my kayak down so I would like to be within a short distance of launching and of course to keep the wife happy, near downtown, shopping, etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
