I went out with Jay from World Class Anglers on St.John last February and had a good time. You can take the ferry from St.Thomas to St.John if you want to meet up with him. All charters are kind of pricey down that way so if you have someone to split costs that would be good. I wasn't picky about the fishing method, just wanted to catch fish. We went out and fished over some reefs north of St.John then northeast of St.Thomas, got into mackerel, kingfish, various reef fish, even got hooked up on a sailfish on light spinning tackle which was a real thrill. I'd go with Jay again if I was down that way at that time of year.
