Fished Tuesday noon to near dark and Wednesday a.m. from 8 until noon.
Lots of birds and rafts of bait in the inlet but no real activity from the fish. My partner and I took none and we saw no one with fish on out there.
We did take 5 or 6 schoolies up to 20" on Joppa late in the day and late on the falling tide. Deceivers and Clousers in combinations of olive and white worked best.
Wednesday a.m. we took a few schoolies early on the flats, found bait and birds again in the inlet on the incoming tide--no fish--and we caught several 16-20" schoolies in the river about a half mile up from the route one bridge. Deceivers and Clousers again on teeny 350 and 450 lines.
