Penn 450ssg issue

One of my Penn 450 ssg's is now having an issue loading the line correctly on the spool. The line loads unevenly from top to bottom and overloads at the bottom of the spool. they are only in their second season of use and I have been taking good care of them. Is this an issue with the spool, the line, or something inside in the reel itself? Its loaded with 12# big game if that makes any difference. (#$119)

In the yoke there is a piece of cast graphite that the bail rides on. I noticed this year that it will break over time resulting in the description you mention. Good Luck
