Some buddies and I are planning a late January trip to South Florida for 3-4 days of fishing. We'd like to do at least one day of offshore big tackle stuff and spend the rest of the time inshore fly/light tackle fishing. Does anyone have an opinion on where is best all-around location that time of year for both activities? We were thinking either Islamorada or Key West. Any guide recommendations also much appreciated.
