After hearing several reports of NOTHING happenning from other experianced fisherman on Lower NY Bay, decided to hammer the local schoolies. Jigged approx 75 schoolies ( between 18 -- 24 inches ) in and around NY Harbor, also the person with me picked up a 35" striper on an ultra light in with the mix.
