12/7 Cape Trout

Brief trip to a cape pond produced 5 decent trout. 4 rainbows and 1 brown.

Not bad for about an hour. 57 degrees...no wind...and sunny... pretty good day for this time of year --126-3-

two years ago i started trout fishing in late nov and into dec. and ice permitting into january...boy did it shorten the winter --126-3-

I'm not one to stand around a hole in the ice though...but to each his own!
