First of all, let's all wish Capt Chris a Happy Birthday, on January 2nd he reached the dreaded 21st year on this earth. As we older folks know, it gets tougher from this point on!!!
On the fishing scene, the winter fronts are here, the winds are blowing and the fishing has been put on hold due to rough conditions!! I just checked the Tower Buoy, and today is no exception. But before all the bad weather, the Bluefin Tuna bite was good from the Shark Hole to the Knuckle buoy. The King Mackeral bite was good at the Tower and to the SW. The bottom fishing, if you could get out, was good as it always is offshore here year round!!! Mabey things will settle soon and we can get back out there!!!!
Well, look at the bright side of this weather. It is supposed to blow all weekend with rain every day. So, what better time to come to Greensboro,NC to the Bass and Saltwater show this weekend and attend some seminars and talk about fishing!!! If you can't make it to this one, mabey you can make it to Raliegh next weekend for that one!!! You can go to www.ncboatshows.com and get the seminar schedules if you would like to attend. We would love to meet you guys and gals that follow our site and talk about some fishing and share tips and techniques with you all!!! I sure hope to see you there!!!! Till next time, FISH ON!!!
