Fly fishing in late February - need advice.

It looks like I will be in Hollywood for a meeting 2/22 - 2/24. I may be able to fish just before or after and would be willing to drive a reasonable distance to fly fish.

First, is there any notable fishing opportunities that time of year...please provide details.

Second, if the answer to the above is yes.....what guides are recommended.
