Anyone kno any good places to get carp around here? Also is this a good season to get sum carp but ive heard there around all year? Also any flies or tactics to help me get any would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

You are a bit off season wise. Hardcore carpers know where to go in the winter. They do tend to get in very large schools to winter over, but usually they are in deeper water and you can't see them.
Sight fishing is your best shot at carp on the fly. Look for warm days in march and april and fish shallow coves. Carp are in most ponds, rivers etc.

Search for carp on this site and I know that you'll find a ton pf previous threads. However, my personal favorite spot is the Charles.

Getting a carp in Feb on a fly in MA would be quite a feat. Skip the carp and go after some trout on the Swift, or do some ice fishing.
