here is my first attempt at Lefty's Y2K Shrimp

So what is the body/ dubbing material? I like that fly.

its all craft fur a set of dumbell eyes and mono thread

using a dubbing loop... I'll snap some pics while making one tomorrow night and post them or ill see if I can find a video clip on it

Hey, If you like that pattern, you should look up some of Tim Borski's shrimpy patterns, some of them are very similar, and I've fished with great success many of them -

thanks... I have been build rods for several years and to me fly tying is very similar
