Fly Tying Station

So with my Bday fast approaching my dad called me a few days ago to find out what i wanted... I told him that i really didnt want enaything, He then asked how my fly tying was coming I said good, it then hit me what I wanted for my bday

a fly tying station, i found a bunch of pictures of some online and emailed them to my dad and then we talked about the changes and what I thought i'd like to have in my table....

Well he emailed me some pics its exactly how we talked

I'd post a pic of my tying station but I'm too embarrassed by the mounds of discarded hackle, hair, and flash. (Not to mention my own little toxic pool of softex and head cement.) :rolleyes:

wow....I thought I was the only one like that...mine also has a nice wad of hair/fur/feathers/etc held together from the leaky epoxy...

I've got an okay set up in the back room of my basement that I run my fly tying buisness out of. It works pretty good but when i only had a small place it was tough. That bench station looks pretty sweet though!

I have a small computer desk for my vise, a windowsill for my tools and spools and a old dental school box for materials. seems to work great so far.
