Jim,is the head epoxyed completely and the eyes than covered? Or are the eyes and head done in one shot. Really looks great. NICE TYE.

I do it in one shot. I try to time the drying epoxy such that the eyes can be seated just before the epoxy sets up. You have about a 20 second window.

My thoughts exactly ... really nice! What I want to know is whether you ever even get to USE any of these for stripers, being in the "Adirondacks" ... I sure hope so!

The "real" question is: do I use ALL my ties? Answer : NO... he he
Most years I get 25 days or so in the salt..... between trips and family vacations. (Cape Cod, Montauk, RI, Harkers, Florida)
Last year & this year will be 2 weeks in Eleuthera, Bahamas for bonefish. Previous years it's been 2-4 weeks on Nantucket..... --127-3-
