Though it's not the brand you want...Temple Fork Outfitters makes a nice 11wt for distribution in Canada through "Springbrook". Don't know why it isn't widely available elsewhere though.

I have a TFO TiCr X, 12wt which I fish in the canal, throwing large herring patterns. I just put a Rio Leviathan, 500gr line on it. While it's still a bear to cast, I can't get over how well that combo turns over very large herring patterns.:brow
