As seen in Fly Fisherman December 2005:
Albie Ho....
hook: #2-4 Mustad 34007
body: Large white estaz
wing: Four white saddle hackles, tied in behind the hook eye and hot glued along the body.
eyes: Small mylar stick on eyes, pressed on while glue is still tacky.
Creator: Richard Reagan
I have a photo at home and will try to download it for you.
I would tie up or buy some bay anchovies. It had the same plan a couple years ago. The albie whores were ignored. The bay anchovy and sand eel patterns were sucked up regularly. The pattern below works well. I'll post a pic of an albie whore tonight.
Here's a link to a similar thread including some patterns and pics of a few I tied. I can post a better picture later.

Albie Whore: The fly is incredibly effective. One day Amanda was guiding two Orvis guys who were testing all these fancy Orvis albie flies. They were catching jack. So she called over Richard, and he gave her a handful of Hos. They started hooking up in minutes. I just tied two dozen. Trick is to pull each wing feather toward tail when hot glue is still wet so that barbs splay as if feet of some shrimplike beast. Two wings to a side. A strip of shiny stuff along what might be the lateral line. Paste-on eyes anchored with hot glue. Then plaster down sides with a little (that’s the key) hot glue. Lick finger so it’s smooth. Tie two kinds--brown wings over white body and white wings over chartreuse body. I’ll be there Sun. through Thurs. In green, 21-foot Contender. Hail me (by waving or “Perch” on Channel 11) and I’ll give you one. On Monday Richard Reagan (father of the Albie Whore himself) will be piloting my boat. Hail him (only by waving) and tell him Perch the jiggerman said he should give you one. Or on Mon. you can hail me (by waving) in Blinken’s 23-foot, green Contender with the dual 100 Yamahas.

CCA sponsored a fly fishing night at the Urban Angler a few years ago that was attended by a bunch of guides, authors and tiers including Amanda, John M, Peter Kaminsky and Richard Reagan. He tied the fly and passed out directions. I don't have the step by step photos, but here are the detailed instructions:
Hook: Mustad 34011, 34007. 8 thru 3/0. sized to your fish
Thread: clear mono, flat waxed nylon, Gudebrod nylon A
Tail: White/cream yak or super hair, with 6-12 strand of flash over(polar, sparkle or krystal falsh); 2 small neck hackles each side, flared OUT
Body: Ice chenille, Estaz, Estaz grande or metallique
Wing: Two neck hackles each side, flared IN; 4-6 strand of flash each side or 1 strand saltwater flashabou
Eyes: Small silver if gild stick-on or prismatic eyes, cover over with hot glue.
1-Wrap hook with clear mono the length of the shank, then tie a small bunch of white/cream yak hair, extending same length as hook shank; top with 6-12 strands of pearl flash material; dab of hot glue at base of tail, then pinch with wet finger (prevents fouling)
2-Add another dab of hot glue and tack on 2 small neck hackles in each side, flared OUT, tie down; add dab of hot glue and smooth down with wet fingers.
3-Tie in 3-4" strand of pearl Estaz grande atop base of tail, wrap thread up to within 1/8 inch of hook eye; run a small bead of hot glue along bottom of shank and then wrap the Estaz up to the thread and tie off.
4-Select 2 neck hackles and the strip to the length of the fly; for each side, run a bead of hot glue sling side of hook and press on a hackle, running wet finger down length to hook bend; trim hackle stem and tie off 1-2 wraps.
5-For each side, run a bead of hot glue down the center of the hackle to hook bend and lay over 4-6 strand of flash, pressing down with wet finger; trim and tie down with 10-20 wraps and tie off.
6-Add stick- on eyes, then run a bead of hot glue along side, from hook to bend, covering the eye- smooth with wet finger. Finish with a dab of hot glue over thread top and bottom and then smooth with wet finger.
7- Catch fish.
Hope this helps.

Wow. That seems like a lot of fussing around with hot glue for what is essentially a white wolly bugger with eyes --125-3
