Early to Mid November

I will be in Norfolk area in november, with camper and kayaks in tow. Looking for intel on fishing spots VA / NC, for both fly and spin. From Cape Cod area, so I am looking to add to my species list, but would love to hook up w/ trophy "rock fish" or tropical types.
What will be around?

They will be catching stripers all along the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel at that time. The really big ones don't usually show up until December though. It can get dangerous out there in a kayak but I've seen people do it before. Cape lookout should be in full force with the albies. You have a chance at some big 15# plus albies but they're not as easy to catch from kayak as boat but it can be done.

Thank you for the intel. Where can I put in around the bridge-tunnel? The albies sound real good, too. Got my first ever and from the yak last weekend in Vineyard Sound.
