Anyone find it odd that the New England run started early, with albies caught in late August in RI and Mass, and that fish were reported in the hook of NC in good number back in mid/late September? Isn't that about 2 weeks early for NC? It has been common knowledge that the albies in NE and the albies in NC are not the same group of fish. Maybe there is some connection? Looking for opinions on maybe an unusual year.
