I'm still fishing this season and the fishing is still very good weather permitting. It can get spotty as the fish migrate south. We get "pushes"of fish, so today is red hot and then tomorrow the fish have moved on and it's slow. But there is some GREAT fishing left this season. Boston and points north still have big numbers of 30+ pound fish. They will be coming through our waters in the next few weeks.

I don't generally book charters into Oct/Nov due to the weather being so spotty, I try to fish on a "will call" basis so being flexible is needed. I only have 2 more trips actually booked but after the 16th I'm wide open and will go to the "will call" scenario to work around the pushes of fish and the weather.

The new boat has proven itself as VERY good at smoothing out the roughest of water, so the weather will be less of an issue this year. It does get cold and we have to dress for it, but there will also be a few more 70 degree days coming before Turkey time. Fishing in a huge fall migration blitz in short sleeves is what gets me through the winter.

If your interested in getting out on a "will call basis" please shoot me an email. I will set up a special email list and when the fishing and weather are looking good I'll send out emails 12-48 hours before. It's a short notice scenario, but the up side is I/we can watch the fishing and weather and the results are generally very good that way.
