Just got back from a week Chub Cay first two day just heavy rain than Sunny/ warm Water temp 85 / Air Temp 85 Fishing was slow compared to last year w/ Muilt hook-ups Blue Marlin. This year hooked & landed only one Marlin approx 175 LB & Sailfish 50 lbs but that was it. Had several marlin come up behind the boat but on takers. Fishing was not totally bad a few wahoo & baracuda but no Dolphin at all. My buddies did go Bone Fishing & crushed them. Chub is small island 800 acres w/ large marina million homes one resturant/ bar & a pool but a Fisherman Paradise
PS: Bluefish remain pretty good off the Rockaway jetty & Weakk fish showed up in force over the week under Vezz bridge
