Hey Guys
Tomorrow (11/7), at 8:00am, in Newport RI, the NEFMC they will be deciding on their priorities for 2008. (This is the one that I was asking you to send letters to.)
We need a show of force at this meeting, so PLEASE make it to the meeting if you can. The issue is the first agenda item of the day and so you wont have to sit around all day waiting. They will decide at 8am whether or not not herring will even be discussed over the coming year, so this is a huge deal.

Like I said, this is a very important meeting...if we do not get herring on the list it will be a long time before anything changes in the herring fishery.
