I hope your going in a big boat! It is absolutely nasty out there right now. We are headed out for haddock pollock tomorrow in the same local, but may be altering that to catch our 6 pounds of codfish we are allowed inshore.

Guy puts out a post on how he is excited to get out there late season after fish (when everyones boat is in the drive).. And someone 1000+miles away has to give him crap for his writing skills and enthusiasm.. :confused:

Sorry all to rant (never have once written my personal opinion on this site). But "JJ" writes in his Awesome blog that he is discouranged by the amount of fishing knowledge out there on the web, and then continues to shoot guys down here for their posts and perspectives on fishing... Like a bully in school making fun of people, the sames aplies here to guys not wanting to post for fear someone will make fun of his posts or ideas (especially for the amateur)..

Yeah yeah, I know some of you like SoundKings posts here.. Just my $0.02

With the wind refusing to quit for the rest of the week ,at least , and the fact that all I'm hearing lately is the word "moratorium"when the topic of bluefin comes up. has anyone else had the thought that tomorrow may be the last time you could go bluefin fishing for years ,maybe ever? When the feds close something it's like pulling teeth to get them to reopen it. suppose, after a 5 year moratorium, the stocks still don't look so good to management. good luck seeing it reopen.

They are definitley still around...at least enough of them to make a day, I would imagine. Talked to a couple guys who got them last week. And looks like weather should be plenty good tomorrow.
