An outstanding book! Lots of new information and gads of tips on equipment, locations, fish cycles, migration routes, spawning and the odds that only 1 egg out of every 8000 will survive and become a mature striped bass.

Rich Murphy is an engineer who works for the State of Mass inspecting and fixing highway bridges. His passion is fly fishing for big striped bass from shore and in the estuaries between Cape Cod and Newberryport. He builds 8 inch flies and catches fish with them.

I'm on Chapter 5 and I can't put the book down.

This is a well written, No BS book about the numbder one FISH in my world.
