and acres of spanish macs. fishing around the boca grande pass has exploded in the last few days with bait balls rolling in from the Gulf. The albie schools from last week have been replaced with Jumbo Jacks and spanish macs. In the backcountry the fishing for Snook, Reds, and Trout has been great. We have had opportunities to catch several nice reds while sight casting shallow grass flats. If you are coming to southwest florida this winter bring your wading boots...
