A-1 on Saturday (2-2-08)

I'm heading over to a-1 on saturday morning for a couple hours. Anyone interested in meeting up?

How'd you do? I passed it on the way to errands and I've never seen so many crowds on the ice. Meanwhile a smaller pond nearby that's almost as good had one guy on it (#$119).

I did a drive by on Saturday and it was packed. I didn't get out till Sunday and it was packed that day too.

I fished for about 5 hours (9am - 2pm) and had only 3 flags. I caught one bass and one chain pickerel and missed one fish that was hooked for a few seconds.

I did see a few fish come through the ice with a big bass caught around noonish.

Not a very productive day but nice to be out.
