newbie need some help

hello .. im new to flyfishing and looking for some advice. I recently bought an 8, 9, 10wt G loomis GLX crosscurrent fly rod and im looking to fish the surf and by boat here in NJ/NY. Im not new to flyfishing but new to salt... if you have those rods what fly lines would you put on them... let me know what you think

you have all those rods? well, you can certainly try some different lines. My suggestion is to "overload", put a 9wt. line on the 8 wt. rod, it'll help load the rod up and you can get some line out and fish while learning the double-haul.
