Fly Fishing Film Tour in NYC on St. Patty's Day?

Anyone going to the Fly Fishing Film Tour on St Patrick's Day? Its at Ultra (37W 26th St at 6:30). It would be great to put a face to some of the names on the board. Caught this last year at the Knitting factory, was waiting to see when they would be back! This show rocks. The Ultra eh...should be good. What a way to spend St. Paddy's day, good beer, big fish...ahhhh the life of a king!:-%

You can buy tickets at the door but Urban Angler just sent an email saying they have 20 free tickets. They are also giving a copy of trout bum dairies to the 1st 100 people through the door.

I checked the show's e mail site, and the itinerary says they'll be at Ultra for two nights, Monday and Tuesday. Is this true?

Says doors open at 6:30, show starts at 7:00

I want to attend, so it's likely I'll be there. Went last year and enjoyed it.

Is the show at Ultra because it's near the Urban Angler and they picked the spot?

Hi Mark,
It is indeed on both the 17th and 18th at Ultra. Doors open at 6:30 and the show starts at 7:00 and runs for a few hours. I actually helped get Ultra for the guys at AEG Media so it's only by chance that it's close to UA. Ultra has has an amazing audio & video set up so it should be a great place for the screening. There are a bunch of great giveaways too.
