Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to read this post.
I am very interested to know if anyone has any information on when
the Rt.62 pool of Thunder Bridge in Middleton, Mass. is stocked.
Any information will be appreciated.

I think the start of the Ipswich stocking is dependent upon the water level and temp. They have to let the water level go down so the fish do not swim over the banks and get stuck when the water recedes. I have not seen the river lately to know just how high it is. I find some years they seem to stock at the same time as they are doing the ponds, yet other years they seem to come after the ponds in order to let the levels drop first.
Look on the MDFW website for updated stocking info. They have not yet started on the rivers. Once they do I think they stock periodically midweek a from each bridge.
Good luck!
:)

I drove over the river today and it looked a bit too high for stocking. Keep checking the Mass Wildlife web site. The local ponds are fishing pretty well now.

It looks like they've stocked most of the rivers in that area including the Ipswich.
