Went opening day with my son. Crowded getting in. Started fishing at 7am, not a tap. Saw one laker caught from a boat one from shore as we were loading up. Tried trolling everything we had. Might have been too sunny and warm for good fishing. On we just stink at fishing Qaubbin.

can you tell which gate you went it at and what the water temps were? I'm thinking of heading there sunday for some early season bass, but Im curious what the water temps are before I truck all the way out there.
