Chota “STL” PLUS Wading boots Mens 12

I bought them mail order from Cabelas last month. I wore them on the first day trip and found them to be just oversized for my feet. I am ****ed at myself! These are a good pair of wading boots. These cost me $125 before shipping.

I have been interested in these boots because of the cleat studs which are replaceable. I have had numerous wading boots and the uppers always outlast the studs which wear down first. You end up with a good boot that are unusable because the studs are dangerously worn down. With these you just unscrew the old ones and screw in new ones!

And then there are times when I want to wear my wading boots in a drift boat where the studs can cause damage to the floor of the boat, but these studs are easily removed with a 1/4" socket and then later replaced!

See the manufacture's picture below showing the cleat studs (these boots do not have them installed yet). These boots come with the original unopened bag of 28 brand new 1/4" cleat studs (they are essentially #8 x 1/2" sheet metal screws which can be bought cheap at building supply stores).

Just a thought --123-3, you could alway just send them back to Cabelas. You'll at least receive store credit, if not a full refund. They'll take anything back, used or not. If you have your receipt, just check off, "did not meet expectations" or some other crap like that. If not, they'll still have the record on file.
