Trailer ?

Currently I'm averaging about a 1yr lifespan for the trailer jack. after winter they freeze up. I thought I survided this winter but the teeth on the gears broke today.

I'v cleaned and greased them but seem to be missing someing

I have got about 2.5 years out of mine, but it's on its last leg. I pop the plastic cap and spray Boeshield into it. Bottom line is that they don't get along with saltwater.
