Off the hook supply-Horrible service!!

Has anyone here ever used "Off the hook supply.com" from Deer Park NY? I placed an order with them over a month ago online, havent seen anything yet from them. I have called them many many times, left multiple messages, and sent emails to them. I have spoken with someone twice, the first time was about two weeks after placing the order, they told me they had been out of town and were going through their orders and messages, he took my # and said they would get back to me by the end of the day....two days later no response. I called them several more times over the next few days, gpt nothing but recordings and left another message. No response. Finally I got through to someone again and was told that my order was shipped the day before, and he personally shipped it. That was about 2 weeks ago, still nothing, and I still cant get in touch with them to try to get a tracking number. Am I just lucky or has anyone else had any experience with them?

Placed a $225.00 order for hooks on July1; Prepaid the order by check in good faith and never received anything. Called and emailed more than a dozen times and "Ed" promised to ship or send a replacement order; Simply asked him to give me the tracking info and he said he would email the info to me....suprise...NOTHING! What a scam. As of today, 8/4 I still have not recieved my order and Ed will not respond to my phone calls or emails.

you might want to think about reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Might not get you your money back but atleast it will start the investigation process and tip other buyers of scams.

I'm going to do that, now their website says "closed until Aug 25th" I also posted in the New England section, others there have had the same exp.

Does anyone have an address for this place from any order forms etc? I need it to file a complaint! I've looked in google but cant find anything.
