Hurricane Warning far se portion

E to se winds increasing to 35 to 50 kt...except far se portion to 70 kt...then becoming N to NE late. Seas building to 10 to 18 ft...except se portion to 18 to 30 ft. Highest winds and seas se. Showers and tstms mainly se portion.

Georges Bank...From The Northeast Channel To The Great South
Channel Including Waters East Of Cape Cod...To The Hague Line
Hurricane Warning

E to se winds 35 to 45 kt...increasing to shifting winds 40 to 55 kt...except E portion to 55 to 70 kt. Seas building to 20 to 34 ft...highest E. Showers and tstms. Vsby occasionally below 1 nm in squalls.

Plenty of guys surfing the higgins beach, Ferry beach area Maine today....

There were some monster waves way offshore....NE Channel had 26+ footers at one point. That was the biggest I saw, but there were big ones on many of the eastern buoys....so even though it missed us, there are some big waves out there!

Correction- Biggest waves were on SE Georges with 36+ footers
