I used to be dialed into the flow rate/fishability relationship for the Swift but that information seems to have been pushed out of my head. Most likely by entirely less useful information.

It is flowing around 250 cubic feet/second (cfs) right now. I seem to remember that the whole Y pool (save for the deep run at river left) is wadeable at 90-110 cfs. What kind of access is there at 250 cfs?

250 is awfully high. I have made the drive when it's like that only to turn around and drive home. I hope they drop the flows again before 1/1 but things seem to be on a steady increase. I'm sure there are some areas you could fish but 250 is quadruple the average flow...not worth the drive for me.

I Think You Pretty Much Need The Flow To Be Around 100 Cfs To Have A Good Day To Fish. It Is Running At 421cfs Today. My Guess Is A Lot Of Snow Melt Combined With The Release.
