river reports

I was wondering if anyone knew of a web site that give you the flow rate of the rivers in Mass.? I was also wondering if anyone had any river reports for the Swift, Ware, Stillwater, ect. I just want to get out to wet a line this weekend. Happy Holidays everyone. Thanks
