Hi all I am from australia and have purchased NN3D radar,navpilot,DFF1 ect. Which was recently released here in oz around 4 months ago. I would like to know users opinions of NN3D as the U.S has had the system longer than oz.
I am disappointed with the "so called" 3D mapping,I understood the sea floor was updated in 3d so you could pin point mounts and ledges, so far the best I can get with 3d is above water rocks, zero sea floor 3d --124-3
I purchased NN3D based on the Navnet web site and the display shown at the boat show. Furuno have done a sea trials on my boat and told me the 3D will be updated via patches in the future, but i'm starting to get frustrated with waiting as friends keep asking for a look at how awsome it is :eek: So far all I can say is i'm waiting on updates.
Any info good or bad appreciated
