At that time of year - the keys or maybe over in the miami area. If you could delay that for a month or two, the southwest coast of FL would be a great place to fish for tarpon.

Government Cut, near Miami, is a win win, pretty much any time of the year. It's the place we always hit if we have only a little time to fish or if we got skunked all day and want to at least put a bend in the rod. Have caught 8-10 over 150lbs there in maybe 15 tries. Thats not really a fly fishing spot though, if thats what you are looking for.
