Z Axis upline ?

Anyone have any feedback on using a 9wt intermediate on an 8wt Z Axis ?

There is no hard an fast rule against this. Keep this in mind though, Sage designs their fly rods to be fished with the line weight they are rated for; i.e. 9 wt rod with a 9 wt line.
