Well since I cannot use my boat on the Quabbin, where can I use my boat freshwater, in in northeastern to central MA to do some spring fishing before the stripers come in?
It is a 16 aluminum boat with a 25hp 4 stroke, seems so many places have HP restrictions or only electric power.
Thanks for any info,
Mac

Lake Quinsiqamond in shrewsbury has a pretty good ramp and I think no max on horsepower. It does get stocked with trout and salmon. Try deep holes near the highway overpass bridge and along the docks near the condos. Only problem, some times they shut down the ramp for skull/row racing and regattas.
